Congratulations on taking the first step toward change. If you are reading this you have recognized something in your life is not working. Perhaps you are experiencing conflicts at work, stuck in an unhealthy relationship, or somehow feeling inauthentic. Together in a safe and collaborative environment, we can work to better understand unhealthy functioning and move to create change. My style is nurturing, honest, supportive, and fused with humor.
I work with children, adults, and seniors, to relieve pain, lessen stress and develop appropriate coping strategies for relieving symptoms of depression and anxiety, often brought on by life transitions.
I have a Masters's degree in Social Work from Fordham University and a Masters's degree in Teaching from Columbia University.
