I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor and have experience conducting individual and group psychotherapy with adults in different outpatient settings. I provide trauma-informed care and utilize solution-focused and strengths-based techniques as well as a variety of other therapeutic interventions and evidenced-based practices, including Motivational Interviewing (MI), Motivational Enhancement Therapy (MET), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
I treat co-occurring disorders, anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, bipolar disorders, trauma, grief & loss, self-esteem, life transitions, relational issues, anger management, and stress management.
