I am clinically trained in CBT, DBT, TF CBT, RBT, MST, ICT MI, and MET. My approach is strength-based, patient focused, and humanistic. I think of creative approaches and utilize various skills to help my patients. My goal is to assist you to develop healthy coping skills while building a strong therapeutic relationship. I have worked with people of all backgrounds, ethnicities, male, female, nonbinary, various sexual orientations, and genders. I have always taken the approach that each person is unique. I live with my wife, and two Siberian cats in the greater Hartford area. I enjoy cooking (I’ve had 5 recipes published), traveling, museums, the theater, reading, skiing, golfing, and daily walks during the winter, and 25–30 mile bike rides during the summer. I am an avid sports fan (Yankees, Rangers, Knicks, Giants, Pats, and Saints).

I look forward to meeting you, to working with you, and helping you on your journey in life!
